prime location modern amenities attentive staff

The location allowed easy access to local attractions I found exploring the area simple. The room offered ample space and included modern amenities. The staff showed great attention to detail providing prompt service making me feel valued .

The elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours, causing a minor inconvenience.

helpful manager late checkout excellent location

the reception manager rasim assisted with the transfer. he even managed late check-out for rooms when possible. everything was so great, our stay felt excellent. the location is superb near galata tower.

the breakfast selection wasn't huge.

He provided valuable assistance in navigating the area. rasim offered super help, a quality i greatly appreciate. the staff demonstrated really good helpfulness in every aspect. the location proved fantastic, with just a short walk to istiklal street.

the breakfast selection did not feature many choices.

great location and kind staff

clean wellness area friendly staff perfect location

i was really surprised by my stay. the wellness area was clean. it had a fresh scent, even inside the hammam.. this. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is perfect, right next to the metro and steps away from the historical train.

the switch to turn the showerhead on was stuck. i had to call reception more than two or three times. it took about 45 minutes for someone to come. this small incident was uncomfortable in an otherwise great stay.
