i was kinda surprised by my stay. the wellness area was clean. it had a fresh scent, even inside the hammam.. this. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is perfect, right next to the metro and steps away from the historical train.

the switch to turn the showerhead on was stuck. i had to call reception more than two or three times. it took about 45 minutes for someone to come. this small incident was uncomfortable in an otherwise great stay.
